Abstract

The purpose of this study was focused on the analysis of the collection of information from different points, web pages, these and other sources of information. The research corresponds to a theoretical, documentary and/or bibliographic review. Consequently, it is a descriptive study.  The economy in the tourism sector was severely affected as a result of the biggest health problem recorded in recent times such as the coronavirus (Covid-19) which, as we know, resulted in a negative impact on tourism activities where Peru was no stranger to it and was hit in the worst way (Zuvileta, 2020). For the development of the study, internal and external aspects were analyzed, as well as the current situation of the tourist resources of the province, with the objective of seeking proposals or improvement plans for the captive development of internal and receptive tourism, as well as sensitizing the population with the idea of the preservation and conservation of the culture and natural resources, which, consequently will attract the growth of the local economy.
