Limitaciones en la Gestión de Servicios Turísticos en el distrito de Luricocha Huanta, Ayacucho, Perú, 2024

Abstract

The management of tourism services is a crucial component for the development and sustainability of tourism destinations; however, it became evident that there are several limitations that affect the efficiency and quality of the services offered in many destinations, including the district of Luricocha, Huanta, Ayacucho, Peru. As is well known, the tourism sector faces challenges; therefore, the objective of this study was to analyze the limitations of the services. The research was descriptive and was carried out using a qualitative approach, gathering information through direct observation, survey, interview and the Service Quality model. According to (Manrique, García, Valiente, & Serna, 2022), the main challenges faced by tourism services in the destination were identified, based on the lack of adequate infrastructure, the scarcity of trained human resources, the limited promotion and marketing of the tourism destination, among others the study will serve as a basis for designing strategies to improve the quality of tourism services and increase the competitiveness of the tourist destination of Luricocha.
