This license requires that researchers who use the content of the research be required to give credit to the creator. It also allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt and build upon the material in any medium or format for non-commercial purposes only.
Access policies
The Center for Research and Intellectual Development's Scientific Research Journal states that all articles published in the Magazine SRJ CIDI are of OPEN ACCESS and are distributed under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY NC 4.0).
Plagiarism Detection
The Scientific Research Journal CIDI, recognizes plagiarism as an unethical act and publication fraud and is understood as the immoral act of appropriating ideas, results and research without giving proper credit. Fraud and misconduct also includes fabrication (the invention of data or results) and falsification (the manipulation of materials, equipment, or research processes to alter data or results, as well as the modification, change, or deletion of data or results). In conclusion, the journal totally rejects plagiarism, fraud and misconduct and has taken the following measures:
- Prior to the review process, the journal prevents plagiarism, fraud and misconduct by reviewing the article with the software Turnitin, which must have a maximum similarity of 20%.
- If the article is published, and the journal discovers or receives an alert and confirms instances of plagiarism, fraud or misconduct, the journal will operate in accordance with its guidelines and the recommendations of the Publication Ethics Committee. (COPE)Retracts items In cases of confirmed and potential fraud.
Ethical standards
The Scientific Research Journal CIDI, understands the importance of constant and quality publication. Therefore, incoming articles go through a process involving all authors, editors and reviewers, in order to ensure an original and quality publication. Therefore, the journal adheres to the ethical rules of the Código Nacional de Integridad Científica and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE, for its acronym in English). In conclusion, authors, academic committee members, editors, and publishers should be aware of possible ethical violations.
Digital preservation policy
The journal understands the importance of preserving knowledge for the future, which is why it carries out the following actions to achieve this goal:
- Use of the DOI for digital preservation of metadata.
- Migrations of article formats with obsolete formats.
