The Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Intelectual is located in the Callao Region. At our institution, we have been able to evaluate through technical reports that the area is weakened by 74.4% due to the crime that threatens the population in all its dimensions. Faced with this huge problem, in addition to the economic, political, and social crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic is becoming an almost uncontrollable situation. Therefore, the Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Intelectual (CIDI) considers developing a strategy in the field of intellectuality, given that we have various professionals and specialists in academic life. Our objective is to strengthen university students and the community in general with an intellectual product.
